- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely and luckily worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. After UPS wrongly delivered packages meant for someone else to my address (upwards of 10 packages.) I thought I would drop them off at this UPS store on my way to work. The person at the counter did not seem happy to be there. I asked if I could leave the packages there to be picked up and correctly delivered. He responded that I was not allowed to leave the packages there and they were now my responsibility to deliver to the main UPS hub (which is way out of my way). I jokingly said "what if I just leave them on your doorstep and knock once and leave like you guys did to me will that then make them your responsibility?". He did not find this as entertaining as I did. and with a tremendous attitude asked me to take the packages with me when I left. if you were supposed to get something from UPS and you didnt now you know why.
