  Michael Jenkins has been our families insurance agent for 20 years. We have our home and Auto insurance policies with American Family. Mike is a wonderful person to work with during a critical time like after an auto accident or home claim. Mike and his office crew responds quickly to correspondence, are readily available by phone and are always there whenever we needed help. Mike has covered our many challenges in 20 years which have been numerous auto incidents, home claims and a theft claim. In every situation we were treated with professional courtesy and respect as well as care and kindness. Our children have insurance with Michael Jenkins and also have had the same wonderful service that we have come to know from Am Fam Insurance, but more poignantly with Michael. He and he wife Toby have been the reason we have stayed so many years. The policies are a great price for great coverage and the excellent customer service is priceless.
